As Your glory is above the heavens, so the Universe proclaims Your ever-present “I AM” power, singing with the very vitality of existence and awareness. As You are high above all nations, so all creatures praise, love and serve You—whether they know it or not. Who is like You, enthroned on high and yet watching over heaven and earth? My soul desires to visit Your house of worship, and my heart and my flesh rejoice everywhere that Your Presence is felt. I love to go to the place where Your glory dwells, where I can praise You, where I can find my strength in You. There, You cause my mind to climb from height to height towards You, so that You may reveal Yourself in my heart. One day in Your sanctuary is better than a thousand in my own room.
